So you’re having a party in the Barrow area and you need a decent, affordable, Gatsby, 1920s/‘30s, jazz swing band for drinks/dinner/dancing. And maybe a party disco afterwards. Or an actual band? ‘The Gershwin Gang’ is a local, affordable, full-time, professional, Gatsby jazz band. We’ve been playing at weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate events around Barrow and Cumbria for 25 years; most recently at Armathwaite Hall Hotel near Keswick, Storrs Hall Hotel in Bowness-on-Windermere and Lakes Court Hotel. But we also play in village halls, company offices and in private homes and marquees in the garden.
